    We provide a limited research service for people wishing to enquire about local and maritime history relating to the Devonport area.
  • Home Delivery Is Here!

    We are excited to launch a FREE Home Delivery service that will see our library items distributed to people right across the Casey Cardinia region. This FREE service will ensure library books, DVDs and other items are still available to you despite library doors remaining shut.

    There has never been a more important time to be connected and we are available to assist you access the technology or online services you need. Got a device you can't seem to get working or an app that won't do what it's supposed to? YPRL's technical wizards and digital mentors are available to work through the problem with you in real time.

    FREE BOOKS and DVDs to keep you occupied through self-isolation. Request your 'MYSTERY BOX' of fiction, non-fiction and children's books for pick up in Perth

    We know how valuable library services are to our community, so we have created a new print & post service. If you have any essential paperwork that you need printed, email it to along with your address and we’ll print & post it to you free of charge.
